Are you able to give me the exact prices before you arrive?
No, Junk Wiz does require on-site consultation because the way our pricing works is all based on the size of the load that fits in our trucks. In-person estimates are mandatory to determine the exact prices you should expect to pay. We will try our best to provide ballpark numbers and minimums before we arrive for a free consultation.
When should I book an appointment?
Our Junk Wiz team is readily available due to the fact we provide 24-hour removal services. We specialize in same-day appointment so there’s no pressure to plan ahead. Give us a call on the fly whenever you feel you may need a junk removal and our team can book you in likely on the same day or the very next at the latest.
Can you do the job for me if nobody is onsite?
Yes, all we’ll need is a warning beforehand so we can create a proper plan with you to complete the job without you onsite. How that will look most likey is a curbside pickup with the payment process completed through phone or e-transfer.
I really need this job done BUT it can only be after hours (post 9 to 5). Can you do that

In most cases, yes but please ask us beforehand.
Can you move my stuff from one location to another?
No, please call Junk Wiz for junk removal services only. We are not movers or furniture re-arrangers.
What equipment does your truck team come with?
A large truck to haul the junk away in.
Why would I use your service over a dumpster?
Particularly large items cannot be stored in a typical dumpster which is where the Junk Wiz team can help support you in removing that junk.
How big are your trucks?
Our trucks are bigger than all of our competitors.
What kind of payments do you accept?
E-transfer, debit, credit, cash, etc.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, as mentioned already all of our pricing is based on the volume of the junk we can fit into the truck.
How much notice do you need?
We are prompt and quick which allows for same-day appointments if available.
Where do you take our junk?
We take it to the dump and to recycle.
Some of my items are quite heavy and we have a lot of stairs, are you sure you can handle it?
Yes, although there are some items we do refuse to handle because of how heavy they are. Please call and find out what we can help you with.

How can I get a free estimate? Does it need to be in-person?
Yes, in-person is preferable because we price our services based on the volume of the junk which we need to calculate on-site.
Do you remove dirt or concrete?
Dirt yes but concrete one item we will need to review in-person or by photo.
Do I need to move the items myself in any capacity?
Not at all unless you’re booking curbside junk removal to avoid any direct contact with our team.
